I'll update when I hear back.It’s listed as “pre order” but otherwise lists the entire specs of Komplete 11 and Komplete Ultimate 11. I have also asked to escalate this issue with someone with more authority than the person I was speaking to. Those upgrade prices are only for owners of MASCHINE MIKRO Mk3, KOMPLETE KONTROL A-Series, and KOMPLETE AUDIO 6. I emailed them back to point out their contradiction and that there is no lanauge on their site that says owners of KOMPLETE 11 SELECT for MASCHINE MK3 need to pay an update price at all. Again, this is not a free update to Komplete 12.
This would not be a Free update, Komplete 12 would need to be purchased at the price it gives you according to the products you already own. And now they got back to me today on 10/8: I told them I knew this and could not access an update from Native Access.

As an owner of KOMPLETE 11 SELECT for MASCHINE MK3, you qualify to install and activate Komplete 12 Upgrade. Thank you for contacting Native Instruments. I told them I do not see any information on my serials page nor am I able to download anything via Native Access. I've emailed them to let them know that I own Komplete Select 11 for Maschine Mk3. Native Access doesn't seem to have any updates for me right now.Ĭustomer service has no idea what they are talking about.
